All SwirluxeCo tumblers are handmade to order.

• Processing time: 3–7 business days
• During peak seasons, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may extend to 7–14 business days.
  

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

📦 Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide from Ballarat.

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (after processing)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

💌 Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your sparkle every step of the way.

🚚 Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SwirluxeCo is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal carrier delays
  
• Customs processing
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  
• Natural disasters or unforeseen events

💔 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  
• Include your order number and clear photos (if damaged).
  

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
